Description

Enzymatic determination of Glucose/Lactose by differential pH method using Microlab EFA Instrument
The measure is based upon enzymatic reactions of Beta-galactosidase and Hexokinase with sample.
A pH variation occuring during reactions is directly proportional to the Glucose or Lactose content in the milk sample according to the method used.
Principe of this method according to ISO 26462:2010 and IDF 214:2010
